OEM & Private Label

Your brand. Our workshop. Shipped ready for shelf.

A dedicated OEM cell inside our Jagadhri facility handles custom-size production, private-label branding, and full-spec contract manufacturing — with flexible MOQs, transparent tooling costs, and complete regulatory documentation for the destination market.

What We Customize

Every parameter on the spec sheet is negotiable.

Custom 01

Sizes & Dimensions

Custom diameter, height, depth and capacity. Fabrication to drawing, including non-round and oval vessels, stepped walls, reinforced bases, and retrofitted induction-compatible bases on existing aluminium designs.

Custom 02

Metals & Alloy Grades

1000/3000 aluminium, SS304, SS316 (marine grade), copper (tin or food-safe lined), brass, carbon steel woks, tri-ply clad (SS-Al-SS) for induction retrofit on heavy aluminium pots.

Custom 03

Wall Thickness

Light-gauge 0.7 mm retail cookware to 12 mm heavy-duty fabricated industrial vessels. Specify by usage load and operational environment — we recommend the right gauge against your lifetime cost target.

Custom 04

Finishes

Mirror polish, satin brush, matte industrial, Type II anodised colour, Type III hardcoat (ceramic-grade hardness), hand-hammered, antique patina, tin-lined interior.

Custom 05

Handles & Accessories

Riveted, TIG-welded, hollow tubular, bakelite, wooden, silicone-grip, or heritage brass handles. Custom lids, knobs, steam vents, and integrated strainer inserts.

Custom 06

Branding & Marking

Laser engraving, embossed logos, silk-screen printing, stamped base marks, and full private-label packaging with your brand identity, barcodes, multi-language instructions, and regulatory labels.

OEM Process

How a private-label order moves through our workshop.

STEP 01

Specification & Drawing

You share product specs, target usage, destination market, volume, and certification requirements. We translate into a fabrication drawing, material bill of materials, and regulatory compliance plan.

STEP 02

Quotation & Sample

Detailed LME-indexed quote with tooling cost, unit price, lead time, and packaging specification. Pre-production sample produced for physical approval.

STEP 03

Sample Approval & PO

Sample shipped to buyer. After physical approval and dimension verification, a formal purchase order is raised. We lock LME indexing at PO date to protect against volatility.

STEP 04

Production Run

Material procurement with MTR chain-of-custody, spinning or fabrication, polishing and finishing. In-line inspection at each stage. Mid-run progress photos shared on request.

STEP 05

Quality & Compliance Testing

100% piece inspection, private-label branding application, LFGB/FDA migration testing where applicable, SASO documentation for Saudi shipments, pre-shipment inspection window opened for third-party (SGS/BV/Intertek).

STEP 06

Dispatch & Documentation

Container stuffing with nesting optimization, BL generation, full documentation bundle including MTRs and compliance certificates couriered to buyer. Tracking support until container arrival at destination port.
